Key Projects

Executive Innovation Demo for a German Car Manufacturer

The automaker’s C-suite needed proof that in-vehicle software could open new consumer-facing revenue before committing further investment. As the senior engineer on the engagement, I reverse-engineered the vehicle’s infotainment system and deployed Node.js directly onto the car hardware, then built an event-driven architecture (Go, Node.js, ReactJS, IoT) connecting vehicle → cloud → consumer app. The working demo greenlit further in-vehicle software investment.

Global Financial MVP for a Global Telecom

The client’s invoicing and financial tracking across EMEA was fully manual. I led a 6-engineer team digitizing the process end to end, replacing spreadsheets and manual reconciliation with real-time dashboards. The new visibility surfaced ~$1M/year in legacy financial loopholes.

Aerospace Supply Chain Traceability POC

An aerospace client needed supply-chain visibility across suppliers. I built a proof of concept combining Hyperledger blockchain with IoT tracking to deliver end-to-end traceability, validating a path to reduced operational expenses.

Modernizing a Legacy Engineering Org Without Attrition

A client’s engineering team had no Git or cloud experience and deep resistance to change. I introduced CI/CD and modern frontend/backend practices incrementally, managing stakeholder resistance through hands-on pairing and demonstrated wins rather than mandates. The team adopted the new workflows with no attrition — every engineer stayed and grew into the modern stack.

Expertise

Operated as the most senior engineer on concurrent client engagements across automotive, finance, and aerospace. Consistently paired technical leadership — event-driven architecture, CI/CD adoption, team mentoring — with business-aligned decisions: building what gets investment approved, what surfaces hidden cost, and what an organization can actually adopt.
